Hot water in Hocking: the local picture
Hocking was built through the late 1990s and 2000s, so its original systems are now somewhere between 20 and 25 years old — right in the window where elements fail, thermostats drift and tanks start weeping. The defining feature of hot water in Hocking is demand rather than age: these are family houses, often with two or three bathrooms and a morning where everyone showers inside the same hour.
